We're New Era Cleaning, one of Australia's fastest-growing commercial and event cleaning companies, starting only four years ago to now servicing over 350 sites across the country. We currently operate across every Australian state and are now seeking someone based in Adelaide to help strengthen and lead our SA operations.

The Role

We're looking for a Area Manager based in Adelaide to lead our cleaning operations across South Australia

You'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations across a portfolio of hospitality venues, gyms, and other high-traffic sites
  • Managing and motivating a team of cleaners, contractors and site supervisors
  • Conducting site inspections, audits, and quality control checks
  • Building strong relationships with clients and being their key point of contact
  • Ensuring jobs are delivered on time, to spec, and at a healthy margin
  • Assisting with quoting, onboarding new sites, and driving operational improvements
  • Growing with the business – strong opportunities for career progression based on performance

About You

We're after someone who is:

  • Based in Adelaide (or willing to relocate)
  • Ambitious – you want to own your region and grow with the business
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • A confident communicator – both with staff and clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Ideally experienced in cleaning operations, hospitality, or service-based industries
  • A driver's license and willingness to travel between sites is essential.
