Integrated Buildings Division
Our Integrated Buildings Division has teams based across the eastern seaboard and is looking for the next driven and passionate Mechanical leader to join our growing team.
Our approach to engineering is based on adopting an Integrated Design approach that provides cost effective solutions that deliver on people, performance, and resilience outcomes. We provide consulting, design and project management engineering services to deliver buildings and communities that are comfortable, functional, safe and sustainable.
The team has expansive experience across a range of complex sectors including major health projects, education, hospitality, government & civic, retail, commercial and office fit out, seniors living and aged care, accommodation, industrial, communities and existing asset performance.
The team take a multi-disciplinary approach and in-depth experience in every stage of the projects lifecycle.
The Role
As part of our ambition to strengthen our presence in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets, the Mechanical Lead role presents an exciting opportunity to lead major projects and high-performing teams whilst being supported by close-knit management and delivery teams.
We are seeking influential leaders who bring a blend of technical depth, consulting excellence, and commercial acumen.
This role can be based at either of our
Sydney
or
Brisbane
locations.

Operating with an appropriate level of autonomy you will be expected to lead technically challenging projects, demonstrate consulting excellence, strengthen key client relationships and mentor and develop our next generation of talent.
The Candidate
- Proven experience working as a Mechanical engineering consultant in the Australian market.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
- Ideally CPEng certified or seeking to attain in the next 1-2 years.
- The ability to mentor and guide both senior and junior staff
- Proficient in mechanical design, including heat loads, system design, equipment selection and coordination.
