About the Role

Working closely with the Site Administration Supervisor, your key responsibility will be to facilitate the daily administration functions and needs of the Imaging department based mainly at Casey and Pakenham Health Centre. You will assist both the administration team and the Site Administration Supervisor by promoting and maintaining an open communication flow with all internal and external stakeholders. Your regular hours will be rostered between Monday and Friday each week, however there is a need for you to be able to work after hours and/or weekends on occasion as the business requires.

You are a genuinely passionate and caring person who is highly committed to delivering exceptional service within a dynamic and varied environment. As a clear communicator, you have the ability to quickly build rapport with others, working well with other team members. To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

• Demonstrated team leadership experience including staff performance management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detailed knowledge and use of a range of information systems, including MS Office, specialised applications and /or in-house systems
• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing situations readily
• Strong team player attributes
• A willingness to learn and share skills and experience with the team
• Previous experience in an Imaging environment will be strongly preferred
• All candidates require Australian working rights.
