What you'll do
  • Be the main contact for a portfolio of real estate clients
  • Lead onboarding and deliver tailored training for smooth adoption
  • Run check-ins and QBRs to track success and uncover growth opportunities
  • Share client insights with product, engineering, and sales
  • Manage renewals and spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitor engagement, reduce churn, and track key success metrics
  • Collaborate with your team to refine and improve the customer experience
What we're looking for
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role (SaaS or real estate industry experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives on delivering value to clients
  • Comfortable presenting and delivering training both online and in-person (occasional travel may be required)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and act on success metrics
