Ray White North Lakes are seeking a full-time Sales Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, motivating environment and is eager to progress their Real Estate career by being an integral part of a respected & highly driven sales team.

This role is both rewarding and challenging and will see you involved across many areas of the listing and selling process.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • Work within a team providing support to 12 lead Sales Agents and their teams
  • Preparation of Appointment and Sale documentation
  • Manage listing through upload & launch process
  • Co-ordinate marketing material, open home advertising and process marketing changes
  • Liaise with Finance Controller for trust account allocation and distribution of marketing funds and contract deposits
  • Process contracts and condition follow-ups through to settlement
  • Contract condition management including liaising with solicitors & lead Sales Agents and their teams
  • Database management

The Candidate:-

Our successful candidate will: -


• Have a minimum 1 years' experience in a real estate administration role

• Have a current Real Estate Registration Certificate

• Be enthusiastic, organised and possess the ability to use their own initiative

• Have a pleasant and professional phone manner and great customer service skills

• Possess attention to detail whilst prioritising and working to deadlines

• Have excellent communication skills - both oral and written

• Have advanced computer skills & typing abilities and be confident learning new systems
