Our Real Estate is a family owned and operated boutique agency based centrally located in Kangaroo Point. With a successful and growing property management portfolio, we also have a successful sales team across all Brisbane areas.

Role:

As the assistant to the Property Manager and Sales Agents, you are required to assist in management of tenant emails, phone calls, property maintenance, rent arrears, lease renewals and liaising with owners.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role we are looking for the candidate to have the following:

  • A valid real estate registration certificate
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Experience in property management or sales/ sales admin
  • A professional manner and communication
  • Fluent in English language
  • Be highly organised and can work autonomously
  • Confident to handle confrontational situations such as chasing rent payments
  • Ability to start ASAP preferred
