About the role

Join Perth One Real Estate as a full-time Property Inspector based in Canning Vale, WA. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections and reporting on the condition of rental properties to ensure they meet our high standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine Property Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of residential properties to assess condition and identify maintenance needs.
  • Property Condition Reports: Prepare and provide detailed inspection reports, documenting the condition of the property and any necessary repairs or improvements.
  • Home Open Attendance: Represent the company at home open inspections, answering questions from prospective tenants and providing property insights.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in property inspection, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document property condition issues
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with tenants and property owners
  • Knowledge of relevant property legislation, standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficient in using propertyme and inspection express
  • A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
