At Honsun Realty, we pride ourselves on delivering quality service over quantity. We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and proactive Property Manager to join our friendly and growing team.
You'll be managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 100 properties, capped at 120, ensuring you have the time and resources to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will be supported by a dedicated Routine Inspector and Trust Accountant (no trust accounting required), along with a hands-on Head of Department, experienced Office Manager, and two supportive Directors.
Key Responsibilities- Client Care: Build and maintain strong client relationships, with prompt responses to calls, messages, and emails, and timely feedback after viewings and home opens.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure tenancy documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with current legislation.
- Inspections: Conduct ingoing/outgoing inspections, provide detailed reports, and ensure tenant compliance.
- Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and improvements, liaising with owners and contractors to ensure timely completion.
- Rent & Arrears: Monitor rent payments, manage arrears, and issue breach or termination notices when necessary.
- Data Management: Keep property, tenant, and owner information accurate and up to date in our systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, attend team meetings, and mentor junior staff when needed.
- Legal Representation: Represent owners in tribunal matters where required.
- Targets: Achieve performance goals in vacancy, arrears, inspections, and maintenance KPIs.
About You
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
- Friendly personality with a professional presentation.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (highly regarded).
- Current WA Property Management registration.
- Sound understanding of WA real estate legislation.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Commercial property management experience is an advantage but not essential.
