This position involves attending various agencies in the greater Perth metro area to collect and return keys.

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting property inspections, creating inventory reports, conducting routine inspections and final bond inspections.
  • Taking high-quality photographs of properties.
  • Utilizing multiple software applications for property inspections.
  • Ensuring timely completion and submission of inspection reports from home or on-site.

  • Effective time management and organization skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • A reliable computer with Microsoft Word and stable internet connection.
