Your role will include:

  • Conducting property inspections (initial, routine, and final bond inspections)
  • Preparing clear and accurate property condition reports using our systems
  • Liaising with property managers, tenants, and our admin team as needed

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Comfortable using a tablet/smartphone for reporting
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude
  • Holds a valid driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
