- A tertiary qualification in health, project management or a related field, and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability in leading projects and working effectively as part of a team, as well as the capacity to work independently with initiative, problem solving ability, and accountability on projects.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, together with a demonstrated ability to work with competing demands, prioritise work tasks, and be flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse groups and capacity to undertake domestic travel.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and bringing individuals and teams together to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
- The ability to prepare and present information, in varying formats, to people from a range of backgrounds and experience levels, including reporting for senior managers.
