Salary

Our client is looking for a passionate creative designer ready to join a small, dynamic team working across exciting and diverse
e-commerce brands

They are rapidly growing and looking for a creative all-rounder with strong graphic design and digital content skills.

This role is crucial for driving our branding, marketing, and campaign efforts. If you thrive on creating stunning visuals and high-impact social content, we want to hear from you

The successful candidate will blend design, content creation, and digital marketing support across social media, email, and promotional channels for a number of brands.

The Day-to-Day: What You'll Be Doing

  • Create and design all
    digital assets
    and visual content for websites (mobile-first), EDMs, paid media, and social media channels.
  • Plan, design, and produce highly engaging
    social content
    (
    Reels, Stories, Tik Tok
    ).
  • Handle product photography retouching, logo design, and campaign material creation.
  • Design and produce essential printed materials, including manuals, packaging, and promotional collateral.
  • Utilise intermediate
    video editing
    skills and basic photography/videography for product shoots.
  • Create and schedule
    EDMs (emails)
    in
    Klaviyo
    , including template design.
  • Assist with the setup and support of digital marketing campaigns and paid social ads.
  • Actively contribute to brand creative development and content strategy.

What We're Looking For (Your Perfect Match)

  • Minimum
    2 years' experience
    in digital graphic design, preferably within e-commerce, an agency, or an in-house creative team.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual ability and a wide range of creative solutions.
  • High proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of
    Premiere Pro
    and
    After Effects
    is highly desirable.
  • A proven passion for creating trending, engaging social content and experience collaborating on
    UGC
    (User-Generated Content).
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of organisation, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who stays ahead of the curve on all
    digital design trends
    .
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
