Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer's responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering field services. The role also involves ensuring the smooth operation of Compumedics' diagnostic equipment and providing excellent customer service to clients. This position requires travel to various client sites to ensure equipment reliability and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
  • Experience in Preventive Maintenance and ensuring equipment reliability
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the medical diagnostics field is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for work requirements
