Field Service Engineer – Medical Equipment (Sydney-Based)

Location: Padstow, NSW

Company: HTC Medical – Friendly, Professional Medical Equipment Service & Repair

HTC Medical is a trusted name in medical equipment servicing, specialising in field repair, maintenance, and validations for a wide range of devices including:

  • Medical/Dental autoclaves
  • Washer disinfectors
  • Vaccine fridges
  • Dental chairs
  • Other essential medical equipment

We're currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. This is a Sydney-based role with travel across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform timely and efficient repairs and maintenance on medical equipment
  • Conduct preventative maintenance in line with contracts and internal procedures
  • Manage van stock and complete service documentation and validation reports accurately
  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members

Your Profile:
  • Hands-on mechanical experience, ideally with electro-mechanical equipment or automotive mechanical experience
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality service
