You will have a primary shopping centre working location with some requirement to work at other shopping centres in a support capacity where there is no Security Risk Manager. · 6 days/4 days roster, every second Sat and Sun worked (Tues-Sun then Tues-Fri).

Experience & capabilities

· Demonstrated experience in security operations or a related field

· Strong understanding of modern security threats, systems, and technologies

· Experience in emergency management and contractor oversight

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills

· Organised and methodical with strong procedural discipline

· Calm, composed, and confident under pressure

· A passion for safety, education, and continuous improvement.

· Birthday leave & purchased additional leave

· $1,000 worth of Vicinity securities rewarded for eligible team members

· 16 weeks parental leave for primary or secondary parent
