A Project Manager at CT is responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and risks, and maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, the Project Manager will also drive process enhancements and ensure best practices are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
RequirementsWhat you'll do:
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Run regular meetings, track tasks, and follow up on actions and responsibilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve conflicts and conduct project reviews to identify improvement areas.
- Facilitate project closure, including deliverable handover, documentation, and post-project evaluations.
- Identify and implement process and methodology improvements to streamline projects.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or related field is desirable.
- Experience coordinating projects, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Exposure to MFA or IT security projects is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to follow up and push tasks to completion.
- Delivers consistently high customer satisfaction.
- Strong organisational skills; handles multiple tasks with ease.
- Excellent attention to detail across all project stages.
- Builds strong relationships with teams and clients.
- Promotes collaboration and maintains clear communication.
