We're looking for a Business Development Manager to Champion two of the industry's most luxurious brands - La Biosthetique and Great Lengths - across Queensland.

Working with a supportive manager and industry expert, this role presents an exciting opportunity to earn uncapped commission while representing two well known brands within the luxury hair and beauty industry.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

  • Supporting accounts with sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising
  • Conducting weekly and monthly sales forecasts for the territory
  • Cultivating and advancing relationships with current clients
  • Identifying, targeting and prospecting new salons
  • Providing outstanding customer service for all accounts

Majority of the salon accounts within this territory are spread throughout Queensland, however there will be some regional trips.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Proven success in new account acquisition and account management within the hairdressing industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of professional colour.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing salon accounts, exceeding sales targets and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills.
