We are committed to do things better in the disability sector following NDIS code of conduct to optimize the standards of people with disability and those who are disadvantaged.
We pride ourselves on taking a person-centric approach to the way in which we deliver our services. our Western Sydney team is growing, and we are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our team Fulltime basis.
Role :
As a Support Coordinator, you will manage your schedule to suit your life. Working hours and location is flexible. Choose and control your caseload without the pressure and you will be generously rewarded for your effort and output.
About you:
- Experienced in providing NDIS Support Coordination Services
- Ability to follow the company guidelines ensuring that we maintain and operate as per legislation and NDIS guidelines.
- Good computer literacy, time management and sound administration skills to maintain accurate records and written Reports.
- An extensive knowledge of the NDIA and its importance to people with a disability and their support networks.
- Experience in establishing and maintain effective links with the NDIS, Adorable Care and other Service providers.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS Systems and Practices.
- Experienced in engaging with NDIA Staff and LAC's.
- Experienced in assisting Participants and family to prepare for plan reviews.
- Support participants to build their capacity around the understanding of their plan, developing and implementation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably 1 Year of Minimum Experience
- Knowledge in legislation and NDIS guideline
- Experience with Engaging with Stakeholders and Ability to Adapt
- Qualifications in the Community Services, Psychology, Disability/and or Similar.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working With Children's Check
- Australian Driver's License
- National Police Check
