Your 12-month graduate journey follows a specialised development program, created to give you optimum experience and opportunity for positive growth.

About the role 

As a Graduate Security Engineer, you'll join our global Security team and learn the skills to safeguard PEXA's industry-leading platform and services through frontline defence of our security environment. You'll monitor security alerts, triage threats, analyze vulnerabilities, and respond to emerging risks, working alongside highly skilled cybersecurity professionals. 

Your core responsibilities will include continuous monitoring of the security alerts queue, threat and vulnerability analysis, ensuring device and infrastructure security, and leveraging your skills in AWS, security tools, networking, and scripting with Bash/Python. This is an invaluable opportunity to kickstart your career in cybersecurity while being part of a team that is revolutionizing the property settlement experience globally. 

What you need to succeed

- Basic coding or scripting skills 

- An interest in cloud infrastructure, Linux, and security 

- Problem-solving, analytical and continuous learning abilities  

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills  

- Passion for technology and driving innovation 

Eligibility

- Australian/New Zealand citizen or permanent resident 

- A degree (completed or completing by Feb 2026) in Computer Science, Software/Data/Security/Platform/Cloud - - - Engineering or related STEM field OR a career changer seeking to move into Technology

- Or equivalent experience via relevant courses and bootcamps (Including graduates from 2023 onwards). 

- Able to complete online assessments and attend interviews in October and November 2025 

- Available to commence in February 2026
