What are we looking for?
The Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing exceptional customer service to all guests and clients. They must possess strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, they must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:
- Related experience as a Receptionist, Office Admin or Customer Service/Hospitality
- Experience in supporting Directors or senior staff within a medium to large organisation.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational, multitasking and time-management skills.
- Ability to liaise and negotiate with external stakeholders.
- Autonomous worker with ability to find solutions in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure when under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision as part of a team and autonomously.
- Full work rights within Australia.
