We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team in the construction and civil industries. If you're ready to take ownership of financial operations and make a real impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare BAS and GST reports
  • Assist the payroll function and monthly payroll tax reporting
  • Own the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Deliver monthly management reports and statutory compliance
  • Work with the external accountants to deliver timely annual tax and bank covenant reporting
  • Support sustainability initiatives including carbon emissions reporting

We're Looking For:

  • CPA or CA qualified
  • 4+ years' experience in commercial accounting or public practice
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, BAS, and compliance
  • Great attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
