Information Input Assistant

The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Information Input Assistant to join our operations team. This is an excellent entry-level role for candidates interested in data management, administration, and HR support functions. You will work fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain company and client data across digital systems.
  • Organise and label digital files and ensure compliance with company protocols.
  • Support the preparation of simple reports, summaries, and spreadsheets for management.
  • Perform basic quality checks to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Operations and People & Culture teams.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.

About You

  • Diploma or degree (or currently studying) in Business, Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in administration or data entry is valued but not essential — we welcome graduates and career starters.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • A proactive learner with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
