NH Micro is looking for a hands-on, curious, mechanically-minded graduate engineer who wants to develop into a world-class precision machinist. No machining experience required. Just genuine passion, attention to detail, and the desire to work with your hands every day.

  • What you'll do

Learn ultra-precision CNC machining from the ground up (tolerances in microns, not millimetres).

Set, run and optimise multi-axis CNC machines (Kern, Makino, Citizen, etc.).

Work on components for aerospace, medical and scientific instruments, and watchmaking

Rotate through machining, metrology, CAM, process optimisation, and tooling design.

Build real parts that ship globally, not just drawings.
