Dementia Specific Support Workers – Eastern Suburbs

About us

We are seeking experienced and professional Support Workers to provide high-quality care to our clients living with dementia.

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide in-home support, including:

  • Assistance with personal care
  • Meal preparation
  • Day-to-day support and companionship
  • Community access and engagement

About You:

To be considered, you must have:

  • Previous experience supporting clients with dementia (minimum 2 years' experience preferred)
  • A strong commitment to person-centred care
  • Excellent communication skills and reliability
  • Availability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week on a 24/7 rotating roster

Shift Details:

  • Shifts range from 8 to 10 hours
  • Inactive sleepovers available as part of the roster
