**Dementia Specific Support Workers - Eastern Suburbs**

We are seeking **experienced and professional Support Workers** to provide high-quality care to our clients living with dementia.

**About the Role**:
In this role, you will provide in-home support, including:

- Assistance with personal care
- Meal preparation
- Day-to-day support and companionship
- Community access and engagement

**About You**:
To be considered, you must have:

- **Previous experience supporting clients with dementia** (minimum 2 years’ experience preferred)
- A strong commitment to person-centred care
- Excellent communication skills and reliability
- Availability to work a **minimum of 4 shifts per week** on a **24/7 rotating roster**

**Shift Details**:

- Shifts range from **8 to 10 hours**:

- **Inactive sleepovers** available as part of the roster

Pay: $44.59 - $80.26 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week
