About the role:What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with the Project test team to develop, coordinate and execute all testing activities.
  • Co-ordinate and execute Post-Verification Testing (PVT) to validate system changes post-deployment.
  • Track test case execution and manage defect resolution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of testing activities, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
  • Prepare reports and metrics to communicate progress and software quality to stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback on test results and assist in ensuring a smooth handover to business users.
  • Foster a positive work environment, contribute to team-building initiatives, and continuously develop your skills in alignment with the latest tools and frameworks.
What you'll bring:
  • Minium 2 years' experience in call centre environments; Consumer Protect knowledge is a must
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Post-Verification Testing (PVT) would be an advantage but is not a requirement
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment, managing competing priorities.
