ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYLabCo Scientific currently has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Office Manager to join their close-knit team in Brisbane, QLD working at their Brendale facility.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee financial accounts, cashflow, general administrative requirement, planning and organising and working closely with the Managing Director.
Core duties:
- Accounts receivable and payable;
- End of month reporting;
- General administration;
- Entering customer orders;
- Planning and Organising on behalf of the Managing Director.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be confident in their ability to oversee the general office environment.
You will have experience in accounts and end of month reporting, general administration including basic event organising and be a confident communicator.
In addition, you will have experience with most or all of these platforms:
- Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- Teams
- SharePoint
- MYOB Adavnced/Acumatica (preferable, not necessary)
Most importantly, LabCo Scientific is looking for a self-starter who shows initiative with a proactive attitude.
