Your Day to Day

As their eCommerce Media Manager, your primary focus will be managing client relationships and serving as the face of the brand. The ultimate goal is to deliver best-in-class service while driving client business growth and championing the value and expertise the agency provides.

You will be creating, monitoring, and tracking online marketing campaigns on Amazon and emerging platforms, including Search and Display campaigns across their network. My client is seeking someone who can independently manage large, complex clients and lead daily client engagement around e-commerce media performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner for clients, consulting on investment levels, product assortment, and media support while identifying onsite opportunities and resolving potential issues
  • Provide guidance on product optimizations and educate clients on best-in-class strategies to ensure campaign success
  • Manage keyword selection and optimal bid levels across available advertising options
  • Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and effectively communicate campaign results and insights
  • Create, test, measure, and analyse customer shopping and purchasing behaviour for improved outcomes
  • Manage promotional planning calendar for client campaigns

Who Are You?

  • 3+ years of experience managing accounts in a client-facing role
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • Experience with digital marketing or financial/quantitative analytics is essential
  • Proven experience with Amazon Ads/DSP and ability to manage campaigns effectively
  • Experience developing, managing, and analysing online promotion campaigns
  • Experience across PMAX or Google Shopping
