Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for cybersecurity and risk frameworks? We're seeking a strategic thinker to lead analysis and design across complex cyber initiatives, supporting the delivery of secure, scalable solutions in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across cybersecurity programs, collaborating with SMEs, technology, and business stakeholders
  • Analyse workflows and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation
  • Align business objectives with technical solutions across Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Risk teams
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks
  • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into actionable business deliverables
  • Support the successful execution of multiple concurrent cybersecurity initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in TPRM, ICT Lifecycle Management, and cybersecurity-related projects
  • Advanced capability in gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships across project lifecycles
  • Proficiency in creating flowcharts, process maps, solution architecture diagrams, and swim lane workflows
  • Experience producing handover documentation including Transition to Operate procedures and IT Close Checklists
  • Background in process and service design for new cybersecurity services
  • Experience preparing BRDs, RTMs, UAT plans, RAID logs, readiness assessments, cut-over plans, and post-implementation reports
