About Publicis LeOne

Our team consists of a bespoke 'agency' created to service the Haleon account and is considered a 'Power of One' model. 'Power of One' essentially consists of multiple agencies coming together - Spark, Leo Burnett & CaST - to provide an optimal service and connectivity of thinking to Haleon. Essentially, we get to have the best of both worlds - the feeling of being in a bespoke micro-agency, but with the overall support of the wider agencies. Although our team consists of members across the group, we ultimately all operate as 'one team,' which is also how Haleon sees Publicis LeOne.

The role

Excitingly, we are currently on the lookout for a well-versed
Performance Manager (SEM)
to join our Publicis LeOne team. Whether you're an established Manager looking to gain significant exposure to a category leader, or a driven Senior Performance Executive eager to take that next step upwards, we'd love to hear from you

This is an incredible opportunity to drive the strategic direction and implementation of Haleon's SEM accounts.
You'll be responsible for leading the planning, optimisation and performance of paid search campaigns, across a highly visible roster of brands, working closely with key client stakeholders to deliver best-in-class results.

From a people management perspective, you will oversee the development of an offshore team member, and provide guidance on their day-to-day delivery of work. Problem solving, attention to detail, strong communication, client servicing know-how and qualified paid search knowledge are the keys to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning and execution of Haleon's paid search campaigns across relevant platforms
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and platform developments in SEM, and apply this knowledge to enhance campaign performance
  • Present and articulate approach, ideas and developments to client stakeholders and the wider team
  • Ensure budgets are spent according to the plan and delivery is to target
  • Reporting at a monthly and quarterly basis, making sure details are clear and accurate
  • Manage and oversee the development of the offshore team member including day-to-day oversight of their work across implementation, pacing and optimisations. Ensure delivery is on track and aligned to scope
  • Ensure Account Managers, client Brand Managers and the wider team clearly understand any challenges and apply appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Digital team, Account Managers and Operations Leads, contributing to a team-oriented environment and celebrating collective achievements

What type of person will be successful in this role

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' of experience with end-to-end SEM/paid search expertise
  • Strong understanding and experience with Google Ads and SA360
  • Experience managing team members and effective leadership skills
  • Proven track record of driving performance outcomes for clients through comprehensive strategies and innovative approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritise, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong client servicing and account management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
