About The Role

As a Senior SEO Specialist (or SEO Manager), you'll take full ownership of your clients' SEO success — from technical audits and site architecture through to content strategy, CRO recommendations, and client communication.

This is not a templated SEO role. You'll work across multiple industries, directly engaging with business owners, collaborating with our delivery team, and driving growth for our clients.

You will:

Lead comprehensive SEO audits identifying both technical and content-driven opportunities.

Build and execute SEO strategies aligned to business goals and industry best practices.

Conduct advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to inform targeting decisions.

Design and optimise site architecture and internal linking for scalability and performance.

Collaborate with content writers to build high-impact content calendars and editorial plans.

Recommend and oversee on-page optimisations and CRO improvements that drive lead generation.

Analyse performance data, track KPIs, and deliver insightful reporting to clients.

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their SEO lead and advisor.

Identify and solve technical SEO issues across platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

Mentor junior team members and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who's not just capable but confident in owning SEO outcomes.

You are:

3–5+ years experience in SEO (agency or in-house)

Experienced in client management, presentations, and strategic discussions

Strong in both technical SEO and content strategy

Hands-on with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

Comfortable with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and others

Analytical, curious, and solutions-focused — you love problem solving

A great communicator who can simplify complex SEO into actionable business value
