Twisted Sista Café is a popular local café located at 4 Lawson Street, Byron Bay, serving locals and visitors fresh, delicious food and specialty coffee. We pride ourselves on a positive workplace culture, great service, and consistent quality.

We are seeking a reliable, passionate Cook to join our kitchen team and help us continue to grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes to a high standard.
  • Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assisting with stock rotation, prep lists, and kitchen organisation.
  • Working efficiently under pressure in a busy café environment.

About You:

  • Experience as a cook or chef in a café, restaurant, or similar setting.
  • Passion for fresh produce, consistent quality, and presentation.
  • Strong food-safety knowledge (Food Handling Certificate preferred).
  • Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Reliable, organised, and available for morning to mid-afternoon shifts, including weekends.
