Our yogi, busy and professional Byron Bay-based family is searching for a lightly qualified, experienced, reliable, flexible, patient, nature lover, spiritual and supportive nanny to provide their children with high-quality care. Parents are working from home but are out and about most of the time. It is also essential that the nanny possess initiative and strong experience working with similar age of children.

The nanny will be responsible for children’s education and managing house chores. The nanny will possess organisational and communication with skills, and proactively create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. Hardworking interested in human well-being, and the understanding of the whole child. A clear communicator who enjoys co-creating with the family dynamic - sensitive, attuned, organised, fun, and forward-thinking.

The nanny will be expected to have parents around the house and feel comfortable around and travel with them. To cook for the family and engage with children in cooking. To assist with household organisation and management.

The successful nanny will be provided with a wonderful work environment and the opportunity to travel. Open communication, and long-term relationship with the family.

Nanny Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Building a strong relationship with the children
- Organising and planning fun, creative, and engaging activities/outings
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment, completing light household duties
- Meal preparation for the children
- Maintaining all aspects of the care routine for the children

To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications:

- A valid driver’s license and car provided
- An ability to swim in the pool and ocean
- Interested in Whole Beings & Montessori Method
- A minimum of 5 + years experience working with children full-time in Australia
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- A minimum of 2 Australian based child-related references
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: $40.00 per hour
