Muller Partnership are seeking a Cadet / Junior Quantity Surveyor with 0 to 2 years experience to join our privately owned consultancy working out of our North Sydney office.

  • You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of building and infrastructure projects (no pigeon holing) in both the private and public markets.
  • We train our team to ensure a consistent and diligent approach is applied to service delivery to the highest standards and quality whilst meeting agreed deadlines.
  • As a medium sized company everyone will know your name and office managers, associates and directors are readily available to discuss any concerns or ideas you may have.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare elemental cost estimates.
  • Prepare probabilistic estimates and cost plans.
  • Value engineering and value management.
  • Whole of life and life cycle costing.
  • Tender reviews.
  • Post contract cost management.
  • Report writing.
  • Other duties as may reasonably be required.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified (or working towards) QS.
  • Excellent IT and communications skills.
  • Team player.
