Our client operate within Australia's rail construction industry and have some of the largest projects in the country ongoing. They are keen to expand their team of Quantity Surveyors due to their growth and future plans.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
As the Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the project team and supporting them by producing accurate estimations, quotations, and tenders, ensuring all our done accordingly and on time.

**Key Tasks include (but not limited to)**:

- Work with the project team to help prepare and agree client payment claims.
- Preparing submitting commercial documents such as QA documents and extension of time claims.
- Preparing, forecasting, monitoring, and updating cash flows.
- Overseeing project costs and revenue.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience within rail, civil, or construction sectors.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
