We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cost analyses, prepare accurate estimates and feasibility studies for construction projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, including junior employees.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of projects across various sectors.
Requirements:
  • Expertise and accreditation in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Membership in a recognized Professional Body.
  • Advanced knowledge of the local construction industry, including development, contracting and consulting sectors.
