About the role

As a Shift Supervisor at PIZZA HUT SOUTH MACKAY, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant in West Mackay QLD 4740. This position will see you leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our high standards of quality.

We are open for Full time as well Part Time Positions

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant during your shift
  • Ensuring preparation of Prep to meet daily prep requirement chart
  • Monitoring and maintaining high levels of food quality, presentation and service
  • Supervising and providing guidance to your team, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Meet store daily operations KPA'S
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales and operational targets

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Thorough understanding of food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • Eligibility to work in Australia with appropriate visa or citizenship status
