Position Overview: The Success & Performance Analyst plays a strategic consulting role within MadeComfy, directly advising and supporting multi-property owners. This position is responsible for analysing performance data, identifying operational inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to maximise the returns and outcomes of clients' portfolios. You'll be acting as a trusted advisor, applying data-driven insights and business strategies to elevate our clients' experience and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities: Performance Management:

• Directly manage and optimise the performance of a portfolio of properties under MadeComfy's management.

This involves making informed, strategic decisions on pricing and marketing strategies, to maximise occupancy rates and overall returns. Strategic Analysis:

• Act as a business advisor to property owners, analysing portfolio performance and providing tailored recommendations to enhance returns.
• Conduct strategic reviews of client portfolios to identify underperformance, gaps, and optimisation opportunities.
• Identify business improvement opportunities across pricing strategy, marketing execution, and operational processes.
• Develop and implement customised solutions to improve profitability, guest satisfaction, and asset performance for owners.

Revenue Management & Business Strategy:

• Analyse short-term rental market trends and MadeComfy's internal performance data to formulate recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Create revenue optimisation plans for multi-property clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and broader market dynamics.
• Lead strategic pricing and occupancy reviews with internal stakeholders and clients.

Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Establish and maintain strong consultative relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner and performance advisor.
• Deliver presentations and reporting insights to clients that support decision-making and long-term strategy.
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., revenue, marketing, guest experience) to ensure alignment on client goals and successful delivery of recommendations.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven ability to analyse complex data sets, identify performance trends, and translate insights into actionable business improvements.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in performance reporting, revenue optimisation, or pricing strategy.
• High proficiency in Excel, including working with formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple property portfolios.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Skilled in problem-solving and root-cause analysis to identify issues and implement strategic solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, or finance teams to achieve shared outcomes.
• Ability to deliver clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and customer empathy.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Mathematics or related disciplines; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA or MSc) desirable.
