As the Personal Assistant to the Dealer Principal you will be responsible for delivering professional and efficient administrative support across of range of tasks within Pickerings Auto Group. The key functions of the role include assisting the Dealer Principal with professional and confidential support, extensive diary management, travel coordination, email and phone correspondence, event coordination, reconciliation of expenses and other dealership operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

You need to be extremely organised and committed to providing exceptional support to the Pickerings Auto Group. You will be autonomous and take ownership in this role with the following attributes (including but not limited to):

  • Resilient and flexible to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Consult with relevant teams to gather organisational information
  • Demonstrable email management and support experience

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum five years' experience in a similar support role
  • Previous experience within a high performance team essential
  • Technically savvy, with previous experience in MS Suite
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate with all stakeholders
  • Automotive dealership environment (highly desirable)
  • Ability to support Marketing and social media

The position available will be challenging and rewarding for the right individual. On offer is the ability to work within a fast paced environment with a rewarding remuneration package.

  • Work Hours 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • Monday - Friday
