St Johns Park Bowling Club is a leading employer in the hospitality industry in South-Western Sydney and currently has opportunities available for Casual Bar/Gaming Club Attendants.

We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service and want to join a growing brand. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available Primarily Friday, Saturday and Sunday to work on a rotating roster as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high levels of customer service to our members and guests.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed.
  • Operating TAB and KENO
  • Handling cash transactions
  • Assisting with Club membership queries
  • Gaming: Assist with resolving customer queries related to gaming (e.g., poker machines, TAB, Keno). Maintaining poker machines.
  • Bar: Supply, dispense, or mix liquor and beverages, clean bar areas and equipment, prepare the bar for service, take orders, and serve drinks.
  • GPU: Perform general cleaning duties, such as picking up glasses, emptying ashtrays, and wiping tables.

Criteria for Applicants:

  • Previous experience in a club environment with sound knowledge of club operations.
  • Flexibility in picking up shifts, including weekends, public holidays, open, and close.
  • Current RSA/RCG and TAB Corp basics.
  • Working knowledge of compliance with OLGR, RSA and RCG etc.
