We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our friendly finance team on a permanent part-time basis. You will be responsible for the accurate, end-to-end processing of payroll and supporting compliance requirements for a diverse workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term, flexible role.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for staff across multiple sites
- Maintain payroll records and employee data accurately
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
- Manage superannuation, PAYG, and other statutory obligations
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
- Respond to payroll queries and provide excellent service to employees
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated payroll experience (high-volume environment preferred)
- Solid understanding of Fair Work, awards, and entitlements
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with payroll systems/HR3
