About the Role

National Networks Plus (NNP) is seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in attracting, selecting, and supporting quality staff across our aged care, community support, and home care divisions.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from identifying workforce needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional candidates. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure workforce capacity aligns with operational and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and onboarding.
  • Liaise with managers and rostering teams to understand staffing requirements and develop suitable recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with all employment and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet ongoing and future workforce needs.
  • Prepare and update recruitment reports, documentation, and workforce data.
  • Support staff retention and professional development initiatives.
  • Contribute to marketing and employer branding efforts to attract high-quality candidates.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate IV bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
  • At least 1 year of full-time, Demonstrated experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, or human resources.
  • Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, selection methodologies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) desirable.
  • Familiarity with the aged care or community services sector will be highly regarded.
