Scheduler/planner

Ventia provide facilities management services for the Northern Beaches Hospital and we’re seeking a Planner/Scheduler to join our team in a full-time permanent capacity. We encourage Graduates to apply, as well as people with demonstrated planning/scheduling experience. Reporting into the Project Director your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for planning and allocation of all required works such as mechanical, electrical and plumbing
- Preparing inputs for monthly performance reporting
- Ensuring that all works have been approved for payment prior to work commencing
- Supporting and monitoring towards a cost-effective plan to ensure that all works are completed within agreed timeframes
- Tracking and reporting on the activities of the maintenance team to ensure that work is delivered in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently, work within critical deadlines and maintenance schedules to meet identified target.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience managing a Computerised Maintenance Management System or other similar complex database
- SAP or QFM experience highly desired
- High-level competence with computer systems including intermediate-advanced skills using Microsoft Suite. Power BI desirable
- Effective interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Ability to think analytically
- Ability to work independently, work within critical deadlines and maintenance schedules to meet identified target
