About the Company

We are a small boutique based at Bondi Beach, who are looking to expand within the next two months, and are looking to hire a talented store manager to lead our team. As it is a new role, you will be part of the brand development process and help to nurture and build a high-performing team. Being based at the beach, we have a range of products including clothing, swimwear, jewellery and accessories for men, women and children.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will play a key role in both leadership and operational responsibilities. You will coach and inspire a high-performing team, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and contribute directly to sales performance and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic retail setting, balancing team management, sales delivery, and operational excellence. It would be a great additional asset if you are bi lingual - please let us know in your application if you can speak any other languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a passionate team to achieve sales budgets and KPIs.

• Support recruitment, rostering, training, and performance management.

• Deliver an elevated client experience, build CRM, ensuring every interaction reflects company standards.

• Oversee store presentation, stock control, ticketing, and operational processes.

• Manage end-of-day reconciliation and reporting in line with company procedures.

• Assist in coordinating store events and client engagement initiatives.


• Induct, train and develop all team members in all areas of their role.


• Keep the store to the VM standards and make commercial changes weekly.

What You'll Bring

• Previous leadership experience in retail, ideally with swimwear.

• A proven ability to drive sales and exceed KPIs.

• Strong coaching and people-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• High attention to detail with a focus on operational standards.

• A passion for design, lifestyle, and creating memorable client experiences.


• Previous visual merchandising experience.
