**The Role**

We’re looking for a business-minded leader to take full ownership of our Bondi Junction store. This isn’t your average retail gig — you’ll run the store like it’s your own.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences
- Build and grow a high-performing, values-driven team
- Own the store’s success — think sales, KPIs, and daily operations
- Inspire, energise, and coach your team to achieve their best
- Drive and build local community events and brand activations
- Keep the store looking sharp and on-brand at all times
