  • Temporary 10-12 week contract, looking for immediate start
  • Reporting directly to the GM of Digital and working within a stellar team
  • 3 Days onsite in Office + 2 days WFH

Short term contract role to work across two major Consumer Brands in the Food & Healthy-Living space, reporting directly to the GM of Digital and delivering high-impact win-back, retention & Loyalty strategies.

The Role:

Working across a high-performing portfolio of two brands, executing and delivering retention strategies for two major brands in the Consumer space, working across different audience segments & online channels.

Essential Skills:

  • A solid background in CRM, Lifecycle, Loyalty & Retention Marketing - experience within subscription based business models would be a huge plus
  • Strong knowledge of major CRM platforms such as SFMC, Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze or similar
  • The ability to work cross-functionally across the broader Marketing & Digital team, working alongside multiple stakeholders
  • A strong data-driven focus, demonstrated ability to analyse trends and present to wider SLT members
  • Previous experience within FMCG, Consumer or Retail sectors would be really advantageous
  • Extensive AB Testing, Analytics & Reporting experience
