Monadelphous' Maintenance and Industrial Services division delivers maintenance, shutdown and minor capital works projects through long-term maintenance contracts. We will give you the opportunity to work collaboratively with our blue-chip clients to ensure optimal plant productivity by integrating with client systems to develop and successfully deliver maintenance plans. With continued growth and productivity, we are now seeking applications from mechanical work pack preparers for an immediate start in our Oil & Gas maintenance team, assisting with the preparation of technical work packs for the implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and review work packs and resourcing estimations (labour and materials)
* Assisting in the identification of risk and development and implementation of suitable mitigation strategies
* Reporting activity status (Schedule management)
* Assist with development of procurement and contract plans specific for activities
* Assisting in the coordination, supervision, and control of costs for activities
* Liaise with the planning and scheduling team as required
* Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of CMMS systems
What you'll bring:
* Mechanical Engineering degree, or relevant trade qualification
* Proven experience within the Oil and Gas or Refinery industries
* Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, Pronto, Maximo (not mandatory but highly advantageous)
* Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
