About Us

ChubbyChia is a locally made, all-natural chia pudding brand crafted in Sydney. Our portion-controlled tubs are already winning over hotels and conferences as a fresh, hygienic, and waste-reducing breakfast/snack solution. With a rebrand and new product launches on the horizon (including a premium tapioca line), we're looking to grow our footprint across hospitality, foodservice, and independent retail.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated independent sales rep / side-hustler to help us expand our presence. This role is ideal for someone already working in hospitality, foodservice, FMCG, or distribution who wants to earn additional commission income by introducing ChubbyChia into their network.

You'll be responsible for opening doors, securing new accounts, and supporting sell-through by checking in on key venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and pitch to hotels, conference centers, cafés, and independents in your area.
  • Leverage your existing network to introduce ChubbyChia as a premium, locally made product.
  • Conduct product drops/tastings for prospective customers.
  • Follow up on leads (provided by ChubbyChia) and convert them into ongoing accounts.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, objections, and product performance.
