This highly regarded boutique architecture & interiors studio that focused on high-end residential projects, is seeking a skilled Architect or Technician proficient in ArchiCAD to join their small, tight-knit team Operating from a serene studio space, the practice is seeking someone who can jump into current projects with confidence, and who has a strong eye for detail and solid construction documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality construction documentation using ArchiCAD
  • Collaborate closely with the team across design, documentation and detailing
  • Deliver detailed drawings and coordinate with consultants and builders
  • Manage project timelines and maintain strong communication with consultants
  • Contribute to design outcomes for high-end private residential projects

Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent, Registration preferred
  • 8+ years post-grad experience
  • Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD documentation
  • Technical documentation skills, with focus on detailed construction knowledge
  • Experience in high-end private residential architecture essential
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
