Job Title:

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to lead the creation of high-end residential interior design projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed project documentation, material and fixture schedules, furniture plans, furnishing drawings for pricing and construction, and finish specifications.
  • Design, source, and organize furnishings, lighting, and accessories that align with the project's vision.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to internal and external design dialogue.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 4-8 years of experience in high-end residential interior design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Concepts+, and Studio Designer is an asset.
